Which HD4670 card to buy?

hi all,

I am in the market for a HD4670 but dont know which brand is good for the value? I am looking for something also which has least fan noise.

Gigabyte
MSI
Asus
Sapphire

Which is the best and has the lightest fan noise? pls advise

No need for the 1GB unless you need it for GPGPU work.

Both are pretty good and pretty quiet. Other coolers are smaller, less effective and noisy (whiney).
