quick question

I am wondering if i will have any problems fitting all of these components onto the mobo

the mobo is a x58 msi platinum,

it would have 2 of these

and then i would need space for 1 wifi card, im not sure by the look of that board if there would be enough room or not.

also, i plan to get a core i7 920 and a good heatsink, what would you reccomend for a psu, i was planning to get a corsair 750w is that enough?

You should have no problem, the PCIE slots are spaced out well enough to allow for easy installation of 2 4850s. Although I would actually recommend going with a single 1 gb 4870.
