New overclock to good to be true?

I am fairly new to overclocking and my new AMD 955 seemed to overclock a little to easy. All I did was turn up the Multiplier to 19. It is now running 3.8GHz at the stock voltage. I ran Prime95 in Large FFT mode for 2 hours and there were no problems. I have an H50 Cooling unit and the CPU never got above 49 C. Is this normal, should I turn the muliplier up more? I haven't touched the 1.4 stock voltage.

Sounds normal to me on the latest C3 955/965 Phenom II's. AMD seems to be using rather high stock voltages with their processors.

seems abou tnormal. Didnt realize stock voltage was 1.4 on 955 cause on the 965 its 1.35
