Run a search on your machine and see if you have a copy of dplayx.dll (probably in Windows\System... depending on which Windows 7 you have), if you do, copy it and rename the copy to dplay.dll (don't rename the original!).

its not dplayx im missing its just dplay. i did search for it and it shows up two dplays but they are media player type ( im not sure what that means) and it shows no dplayx.dll. So should i copy both and rename it? sorry for being so much trouble.
