My questions are at the end of the post. Below are some background info.

Clock speeds

BCLK: 200 MHz (fluctuating around 199.5 to 201.28 - approximately 0.5%; measured by Asus AI Suite)

CPU at 3600 MHz (18x)
RAM at 1600 MHz (8x)
Uncore at 3200 MHz (16x)
QPI at 7200 MHz (36x)
Numbers also fluctuate within 0.5% band due to the changing BCLK.

Voltage:
CPU Voltage: 1.21875 V (during idle, it's about 1.2 V)
RAM Voltage: 1.64 V
QPI/DRAM Core Voltage: 1.31875 V

Testing:
20 hours Prime95 stable and counting (still running as of this post).

Average temperature (measured by Real Temp):
During Prime95: 63 60 64 59 Celsius (146 140 147 138 Fahrenheit)
Idle: around 40 Celsius (104 Fahrenheit)
As of now (Prime95 running), my cooling fans are running at around 1000 rpm (about 66% of the fans max speed) and my case fans (Silverstone FT02 - the three 180mm bottom fans) are at High.

My questions are:
1. Is my current temperature ok or too hot? Given my overclock setting, of course.

2. What temperature is considered normal for my settings?

3. What is the maximum acceptable temperature?
I have seen conflicting information about this. Some say 80, some say in the 70's.

4. Is it worth it to go to 4 GHz if temperature reaches high 70, low 80?

5. Is the fluctuating BCLK normal?

your temps are kinda high but that's alright for 100% load, try getting something like a hyper 212. you should be running in the 40's range for anything, you could be running it at 9GHz but your temps should be low enough not to set it on fire. if you want to go higher you need to invest in better cooling than stock hs/fan

1. Your temps are good. 60C-64C is pretty good for your settings.
2. See 1.
3. My magic number is 80C and below. I been running my 920 C0 1.33V @4.0 prime95 load temps are 75-80C. Very stable.
4. Yes you can go to @4.0 without worrying about when temps are in 70's and less then 80's.
5. Yes its normal. Do not worry about it. AI Suite is know to give wrong and fluctuating readings.
