These RAM are nearly identical in price, but one has lower CAS???

They are nearly identical in price, speed, voltage. Everything except the CAS latency!?

Which would you suggest I purchase?

i would go for the OCZ. with cas of 7, and at that price and voltage. it would be extremely hard to beat.
