Stuck in Bios Screen

I upgraded the pc case to an antec 1200 and re installed all the components inside. Now whenever i power up it gets stuck in the bios screen, press del to enter setup etc, but nothing happens ive tried changing keyboard to one directly plugged in but still no luck. Any clues?

Tried the reset CMOS jumper yet?

Did you check all your connections to make sure one didn't come loose from a drive or something. Also make sure you didn't dislodge a card or memory.

Im unsure as to the cmos jumper so I removed the battery for several minutes then replaced it, still no luck. The memory shows fine. I dont know what to do other than unplug the whole thing and start over.

MAnaged to get into windows by unplugging ide devices dvd, dvd writer.
