What temperature monitoring software do you have?
CPUID HWMonitor
What CPU stressing software do you have?
I don't know which one i should use.
Did you run a stress test at stock to see what temperatures you are getting before OCing?
I didnt run the test.
Have you read any OCing guides so you have some idea of what the BIOS entries are?
Yes I have i've even saw a video but didn't fit my AMI mobo because many of them are Award.
My computer is messed up when i look at CPU-Z.

Well, since you didn't answer the CPU cooler question, I'm presuming you have the stock Intel cooler.

Download, coretemp or realtemp to monitor your core temps then download OCCT or Prime95 and run a stress test for at least 10-15 minutes to see what your core temperatures are to see if you even have the temp headroom to OC your computer.

OR, of course, you can install an aftermarket cooler and take care of the CPU heat issue and then get onto the OCing.

No your wrong I have a Coolermaster, it came with the motherboard when I bought it from a store. You should check the inside of my tower. Its very stuffed. I might also plan to buy a OCZ Fatal1ty 550W with Modular for $60. Is it a good deal?
And here is the results. OCCT made a graph so here it is.

Also here is a picture of my tower.

Well, your above Intel's thermal specs at stock, SO, if you want to play around with OCing your first thing you HAVE to do is buy a decent CPU cooler.

Would a modular do the work? Because before I touched anything on my pc everything was stock. The temps were like under 30 i think. Now I changed the mobo, video card and psu. So then it went A LOT hotter. Would it be psu you think?

It would make a BIG difference, yours is TINY compared to the coolers I referenced (4-5x the size), it's up to you if you want to OC and control the heat of your cpu.

Whatever you decide, good luck.

Dude, you want the HYPER 212 Plus man, the heatsink, fan and thermal paste are awesome. Even under load, my processor has never been over 35C, I'm not even kidding and I have my Athlon OC'd to 3.5Ghz
