Netmod driver UPGRADE TO windows 7

I have been using window XP now have changed to window 7. What do I do to upgrade my netmod driver to be compatible with window 7?
Advise.

Do a search for Win 7 drivers from the vendor's support page. Not all systems have Win 7 drivers though.
