Overclock this baby?

What can i do to oc this baby (cpu & memory)...using air cooling only. My pc is a self built Vista Ultimate 32bit/Asus A8N32-SLI-Deluxe/AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200 Manchester/Kingston 4x512 pc3200/2x256mg PCI-Express Nvidia 7900 GTs in SLI/1x380gig SGBarracuda, 2 80gig SGBarracudas in Raid 0.

Use your Bios in motherboard to oc the cpu!
