Not really sure what you need, but for most people just use the defaults and you will be OK.

i have hit F2 to get to bios but can't find any thing to use the print function or printer?

There's nothing running! (for you to be able to do that...)
If you do use the print screen key, and exit bios, the system restart anyway, so you get nothing!

If you have a camera you can take a picture of the monitor while your in the bios.
Or, do it the old fashion way, write the settings down , like I did in the good old days!
