Hi All,
I am building another comp strictly for gaming and I'm looking for suggestions on how to use a single monitor with both my comps. I'll be using Win XP on one and Win 98 for the gamer (at this point anyway). Please let me know about any potential problems and pitfalls also. Thanks!

well, you can:
1) manually plug the monitor in a computer each time you use it
2) get a second monitor

0r

3) get a switch (not the HUB kind). Im sure APC (apc.com) has some for many computers. you may find one for 2 computers.

the way this works is you plug in all your peripherals into this switchy thing. then you plug cables into the computers, so you can switch your stuff (monitor, mouse, KB) between two computers with a press of a button. im not sure if it can switch audio, but KB, mouse, and monitor are definately supported
