I have a Dell with VIsta, should I upgrade to Windows 7?

I have a Dell XPS 420 with a Q6600 Dual 2 Quad. Should I upgrade to Windows 7 for gaming, or is Vista fine?

With decent enough hardware, either one is fine... but I say go for 7.
