Energy efficient LGA775 motherboard

All,

I'm trying to find a motherboard with the following spec:

- Energy Efficient.
- Intel LGA775 Socket.
- Memory DDR2 must be able to hold 4Gb or more memory.
- Onboard SATA RAID 1 capable.
- Onboard VGA (no high quality needed).

Can anybody give me some advice?
