Asus P5N-D upgrade to Maximus II

I have this mobo in my gaming rig ( I was short of money back then), but now I dont know if worth the money upgrade my old mobo

Asus 750i
EVGA GTX 285
Intel Q9450 @ 3.2
Kingstone Hyper X 2 gigs 800 MHz
NZXT Sentry Lx
NZXT Tempest
OZC 700W
Windows XP Pro SP3
Zalman 9700

If your current rig is running solid, stick with what you have... Better save you money for an I7 jump in the future than doing what you're thinking... (BTW I have a P5N-D too and I think this board suck!)
