do i need to Adjust the bios for a new built?

This is my set up,

E8500 3.2 Intel Duo Core 2
XFX Nforce 780I SLI Mobo
Inno3d 9800 GTX+
Westen Digital Blue something 320gb 17mb cach Sata Drive
DVD / CD RW
2GB OCZ 800 Mhz 6400 Ram I have more but I need to RMA
700 Watt PSU


Do i need to adjust anything in the bios, or will it do everything automaticly? I dont want to overclock it,

You may need to adjust RAM voltages if your RAM needs more than 1.8v.
