Overclocking a phenomII 925

I've been trying to overclock my PII 925. However, I can't get anything stable past 240fsb. I have a Biostar TA790GX A3+ mobo, 2 X 1gb Patriot DDR3 10666 9-9-9-24 memory. I tried upping the vcore and nb voltage (had to do separate because it doesn't have cpu/nb voltage option) to 1.44 but still can't get past the fsb wall. Do you think it is a problem with the memory? I get a message that states "Bad interleaving not detected"

similar problem here (minus the Bad interleaving not detected) using msi 770-G45 mobo. suggest running memtest86+ to check if mem issue, could be a timing issue. also, what frequency are your memory and north-bridge at?
