Overclocking at its best

hi..ok i want to get the max out of my sysmtem. what setthings to i need to get at least 3.20ghz..or greater right now im in 3.0ghz

You need to read some guides on overclocking and come back. There is a great guide at the top of this section. Read that and come back when you have questions.

It's for an EP35-DS3L but all the Gigabyte Core2 BIOS's are similar.

Go through the guides. Then go into the BIOS and change the System Memory Multiplier from AUTO to 2.00B. Then when you increase the FSB, the memory clock will riseproportionally to it. When the CPU FSB is 266 MHz, your memory clock should be at 533 MHz.

Then continue the whole OC routine.
