Can I use a Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L motherboard as a server component?

I am wondering if I can run Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 on a Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L Motherboard. Included is the current system specs. I want to use this as a temporary solution untill the server that went down is fixed.

Vista is the primary currently. Any reccommendations for installing/running the program? Thanks a ton!

Will you install Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 as a VM or simply blow Vista and install MSBS 2003? That's where I'm confused. Installing MSBS 2003 as the primary OS should not be a problem and it takes less than one hour to make sure that it works. Just make sure that the LAN drivers are available for MSBS before installing it.

I'm going to just run MSBS. I'll make sure I have them beforehand.

I know it will run Server 2008 but not sure of Server 2003. As long as you have the drivers it should work (You could try a copy/trial of 2003 and see before going all out)
