Like the title says, I have decided to take the plunge into making my first build. Right now I'm looking at:

Should I get this too?
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro

I'll be using this for decent gaming and Maya, and am looking at keeping the price below 12-1300. Those parts are about 1,100 right now. Also, I'll be getting Vista 64bit. I also don't see myself overclocking much or getting a second gpu.

Thoughts?

sounds like a good build. What is your monitor's resolution? If you are not planning to game above 1920x1200, you really don't "NEED" to use a second card.
Also, if you do not plan to overclock, you can use the stock cooler with no problems.

You might have a problem fitting the GTX 260 in the P182. I wanted a P182 myself but the 8800GTX couldn't fit unless I gave up a lot of hard drives.

Edit: maybe a P5Q Pro or GA-EP45-UD3R for a few more bucks.

The rest looks very good.
