Wants to replace my Dell Dimentions 8200 motherboard with one that take my proccessor or higher, and used sdram inted of DRUMBust memory.

That dell case has a proprietary backplate built into the board. Although you may find a board that will fit, you'll need a new power supply unless you've already replaced it. I recommend a barebones setup with case, motherboard, and cpu. Pricewatch and tiger direct carry them. I found my compaq pc for $199 last May at Fry's. Fatwallet sometimes lists dell systems for $300-400.
