Hi everyone,
I am about to build a new system and I am choosing my card and case, but as I read some reviews I am worried that the card I chose might not fit into the case I selected?!

The card: $219.99

The case: $39.99 after $30 mail-in rebate

I thought this was a good selection for the amount of money spent, but if anyone has a better suggestion please let me know.

Thank you!

It will fit, but you might have to play around with hard drive placement.

Nice choice of card.
According to the case specs the lowe HDD cage can be removed so you`ll have plenty of room, you`ll just have to put the drive/s elsewhere.
And you may need low profile SATA cables, on some MBs the card overhangs the SATA ports.

hard drives can be mounted using VELCRO .

the stuff with the sticky backing . You peel off the paper and press it in to place . Two strips about 3 inches [ 75 mm ] long on the top of the hard drive and two more where ever you want to mount the drive .
Theres usually a spot to mount a hard drive vertically against the side of a case if the gfx card is too long

As a bonus it cuts out a lot of vibration

That about the vibration is a nice touch, I might even fool around with that!
Thank you.

Thank you all for your replies!

Just make sure you get a decent psu dog, i would recommend an antech or a corsair.

The card fit without removing the cage, but the two upper slots in the cage are no longer usable :).

As far as the PSU goes, I ordered the Rosewill 550W, as it had great ratings on newegg. It works fine without a problem.

All the system components are already listed in the new system build section.

I will try and get some pictures uploaded today.
