HELLO, MY NAME IS JASON, I HAVE JUST BUILT A COMPUTER FROM SCRATCH. IT CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING:

730 WATT RAID MAX POWER SUPPLY
ASUS ATX MOTHERBOARD
PHENOM 2 PROCESSOR W/ HEATSINK AND COOLING FAN
1 TB SEAGATE HARD DRIVE
4 GIGS OF RAM
ATI 512 MB GRAPHICS CARD
3 120MM COOLERMASTER FANS
COOLERMASTER CASE

NOW, THE COMPUTER IS RUNNING COOL, EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW. I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH COMPUTER RESTARTS SINCE THE GET GO. I WENT IN AND SHUT OFF THE AUTOMATIC RESTARTS, NOW I WILL GET A BLUE SCREEN. THEN I WOULD GO IN AND RESTART THE COMPUTER. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT RESTARTS, IT'S GETTING ANNOYING AND ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. I SWAPPED OUT THE GRAPHICS CARD FROM A 1 GIG CARD THAT HAD THE ATX PLUG, SO IT WOULDN'T DRAW SO MUCH FROM THE POWER SUPPLY, AND IT DIDN'T HELP ANYTHING. THE POWER SUPPLY ITSELF HAS A 250 MM COOLING FAN BUILT IN SO I DON'T THINK THE CPU OR THE POWER SUPPLY IS GETTING HOT. I JUST DON'T KNOW.

THANKS IN ADVANCE, JASON

SORRY, IT'S TAKEN ME THIS LONG TO GET BACK, STARTED A NEW JOB. ANYWAYS, I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE BIOS, NOT REAL FAMILIAR WITH THEM AND HOW THEY WORK, I'M RUNNING A WINDOWS XP HOME ED. DRIVER. OTHER THAN THAT I DO HAVE IT RUNNING AUTOMATIC UPDATES, AND THE ONLY OTHER SYSTEM TOOLS I USED IS THE ASUS DISK THAT CAME WITH THE MOTHER BOARD, IT HAS ALL OF THE DRIVERS FOR THE MOTHERBOARD. WHAT SHOULD I LOOK INTO AS FAR AS BIOS UPDATES. THANKS.
