Bios update please

I have mobo Ga-X38-Ds5
I updated bios to F7d recently
I t was bad when compared to F6 and doesn't stable for overclocking
I tried again for update bios using @bios it says a unknown flash type or bios write protection
So i was so afraid so please help me updating bios
