I was going to buy one of them, but I can't figure out the difference. The Powercolor website only lists the DHO version. I can't find the clock rates or any stats on the DH version anywhere. If anyone knows, please post. I think this is one of the better 4850's out there cause its quiet and is around an inch shorter than normal.

I don't know if it's the only difference, but the DHO comes with a S-Video to Composite Cable while the DH doesn't seems to have one.

The specs seem more specific on the DHO, but why $150 for that? Seems a little expensive when you can get an 8800 GTS G92 for that price.

its in the title i think? the one is hdcp ready and the other one not.

no, i don't think so. All HDMI cards are HDCP ready. I think it's just a mistake from Newegg, like a doublepost or something!

It's a tough call, either would work probably.

A note on newegg... I found an error similar to this in the past and emailed them letting them know they had incorrect or missing info (i forget which now). And they told me that they don't actually update their product pages, vendors use a template and newegg just imports it. It's basically an automated system.

Oh ya, email is the heart of work.

Those 8800 gts's are loud. I could always get this for 50 bucks more:

I'm not sure where this is on the noisiness scale. These new cooler fan styles haven't been reviewed yet.

are you serious, there's no comparison the 4850 is way better than the 8800gts
