I have 2 asrock boards, and they work fine. If yours is a newegg open box board, be sure to download the drivers and burn them to a cd. You can also order a backplate from asrock america for about $5.

I love mine, im currently at 333Mhz fsb no extra volts on a 3.0Ghz E2160. No complaints at all
