Previous Bookmarks not working

After doing a complete reinstall of Windows Xp, including all up dates, one of my banking accounts will not allow me to use their site; I can sign in, and see my account summary but it blocks me after that. The same link I a using works on my other computer just fine.

I made sure to clear out all browsing history and all previous cookies first.

I assume that sometime is set wrong on the security level in my system?

Most web-pages have a help page that lists what you need to set to view it, check there. Options will be different for each site, so it's best not to just open up all things to "Allow", check with the bank site for help first.
