All that is left is the MOBO. I was thinking about the 750i FTW or the 780i

I have not really looked at any other mobos

Debating on either the Antec 900 or 1200. If you ahve any other cases that provide efficient cooling and airflow feel free 2 suggest

Playing on 1280x1024

I have never OC'ed b4 so i might be interested in that
- Which cpu cooler?

Stick with e8400 or go quad?

The new x58 MBs support both SLI and crossfire, but of course you'll spend at least $800 between the MB, CPU, and RAM.

You really don't need to SLI at that resolution. As Ragsters pointed out your GTX 260+ is already overkill.

I have an nVidia card (BFG 8800GTX OC2), but this year I'd buy an ATI. Maybe next year I'll buy an nVidia, depending on what they and ATI come up with.

Yeah, only nVidia chipsets support SLI, apart from the X58.

Ragsters gave you excellent advice there.

LOL, if you can afford the HD 4870 X2 go for it, it's unbelievable. You are aware however that it's $530? Get a 750TX or a Silencer 750W for it.
