My brother got a new video card last week and was having some video artifact glitches this morning. So he turned off his computer this morning and when he went back to turn it on, it would turn on for a half second and turn off immediately. This would happen repeatedly. I told him to unplug all his drives and the video card and see if it would turn on. So far so good, it turns on for longer.
I'm thinking it's a power issue. But he also got a new power supply as well, 700 W. Hmm.
