I have a ATI Radeon Sapphire HD 3870 it also comes with the HDMI thing you plug in,and high Deffintion Sound driver what does this stuff mean, what does it do for me.

whats HDMI?.

Does this Vedio Card have a sound card in it to?.

if you have a hdtv with a hdmi input as a screen then yes.

HDMI is essentally a digital signal, just like DVI. The only diffrences is the connection is smaller, and that HDMI also carries audio, and not just video.
