Color Quailty stuck at 4 bit

hello i dont know what to do i would like to change my screen resolution cause my color quality is 4bit so i cannot change to 32bit the server left to the right is not functioning so can u give me advice on how to do thank

If you can get on the internet at 4 bit resolution, download your video drivers...and install them.
If you can use another computer, go to the computer manufacturer's website and download the video drivers for your computer. Save the driver to a thumb drive.

Use the thumb drive, if needed to install the video drivers onto your computer. Once you load the video drivers, I think you will be back in business.
