so i was preparing to reinstall windows so that i could fix a problem with my g15 keyboard, but when i restarted with the xp disk in, my computer didnt boot anything. i repeated a few times and each time nothing booted at all. the fans and lights did turn on though. also, the inside felt kind of warm, so i left it near a fan for a while, and after it cooled down, it still doesnt work.

specs: My system specs are:
Cooler Master Cosmos S
Asus P5E motherboard
Intel E8400
SupremeFX II
Corsair Dominator 2GB RAM
EVGA Geforce 260 GTX FTW edition
Silverstone olympia 850W

and btw there are no beeps or sounds when it starts other than the fans.

Ok let's see here...

Did you ever check the temperature of your CPU cores?

How long have you owned this computer?

What was wrong with your G15? Reinstalling windows to fix a problem with your USB keyboard... words cannot describe my feelings right now. Perhaps the problem had nothing to do with your keyboard? perhaps the KB had stopped responding because your system was locked up?

"the inside felt kind of warm, so I left it near a fan for a while" ???
What does this mean? The air inside your case was warm, so you took the cover off and pointed a fan to blow into the interior of your case?
