My comp does not boot properly

i am trying to boot up my new computer and i get error msgs saying express gate is not installed and "no any drivers found" i am reusing an old hardrive dvd drive and floppy disk drive, and im reusing my old RAM sticks. i bought a new mother board asus p5q se plus, a new nvidia geforce 8800 gts, and a new intel duo core 2.4 ghz, and a new sunbeam 520 watt pwer spply. Idk watt the problem is. windows will not start. The comp begins running a diagnostics test but tells me that it cant find the root problem.

Iphoned dellsupport and they sedmy newparts mite not be compatible with my old harddrive.

You can't just plug in your old hard drive. You have to reformat (erase) it and install a fresh copy of windows.

Why would you phone Dell? Your computer is no longer a Dell.

I think you need to find a friend that knows computers a bit better, or take this one to a shop somewhere.
