CPU heatsink + case

hey hey tom goers! I was wondering if the Asus royal Knight would fit in a Thermaltake Armor series. With the good ol' measuring take it seemed to fit but then i ran into the problem of the PSU/HDD cage. I wasnt sure if it would clip the HDD cage or not since i saw that it was angled in a review. I was wondering if any of you guys happen to know.

I was also wondering if the royal knight is a good heatsink. please tell me what you think is the best and why. I'm new to computer building and not sure about the best heat sink for a q6600.
