Ga-945gcm-s2l after audio driver installation systems restarts

Hello,
Hi have GA-945gcm-s2l motherboard
i installed all drivers, but in HD audio installation finished stsem restarts continuous. when i disable audio in bios it work fine. Wats the Problem? Need Soln.
