I am installing Patriot Viper 1600 DDR3 6G of memory (3x2G) and was told I needed to "simply select XMP in my bios and away I go"...one problem where is it? How do I find it?

nOObee needs HELP!

normally hit f2 or somtheing similair to get into the bios and then you can change the settings from there normally under the advanced screen or memory screen. Dont be afraid to look around if you change anything and it doesnt work you can just restore everything to the default value
