I just got a Zire 72 and am wondering if there are sites, text files,
tutorials, and software anyone could point me to so I can find out
all it can do and how to do them with reasonable instructions and very
patient and kind advice.

Thanks for any help. I am almost totally new to handhelds...

Did you read the manuals that came on the Zire 72 CD? If you bought it used and
it didn't have a CD you can find them here:
