Please help! Wireless black hole.

My wireless has recently vanished from my desktop computer. I can still access it from laptop and my xbox360. I can also see all my neighbors wireless networks on all 3 machines. I have reinstalled drivers and management programs for my wireless card. I have disabled them and tried using windows wireless zero acess. I have reset my router. I have checked my services. I have changed my routers brodacast channel. I have reset TCP/IP settings. I have even reinstalled XP. I have tried everything me, my friends, and google can come up with. Basically there is a black hole just between my desktop and my router.

Router: Motorola 3347
Wireless card: Buffalo WLI2 PCI G54S
OS: Windows XP Home
