I got a new gaming machine today and wan know the sytem requirents to play COD 4 MW 2 smoothly at 1024x768 resolution and max settings....

Also tell me that if I want to play game with 30FPS at lowest settings and resolution then wat r the system requirments according to u

ATi 56xx or 57xx should be able to reach your target quite nicely. Probably some older GPUs too; 1024x768 is a very low resolution; i only know of 10-year-old CRT monitors that use that; though you may have a custom TFT screen or something?

It is quite uncommon for someone to want to play a modern game at maximum detail settings but on a very low resolution.

I got new one but uptil I was able to buy monitor my budget exhauted now next mont till then in 1024x800.OK I have got......

windows 7 64 bit
ATI RADEON HD 4850
dx9.0c compatible card.
6GB RAM ,
I thought to play crysis but due to less monitor resolution I have to go for COD 4,may be nex month I will play...............

You didn't mention a cpu in your specs...............that's kinda important....

Anyways Cod4 is not very cpu/gpu intensive. Crysis your gonna have trouble with.

6GB RAM .

latest drivers installed and the hard drive is empty.......

I have a 4850, and play crysis at 1400 x 900 with great frame rates. One big difference is my processor - i5 750, running stock factory speeds. So your video card won't be a bottleneck. The P4 is a bit dated as far as processors though. Have you tried googling the specs?

Yeah, the dual core will help your framerates a bit.
