[Sims 1] HTML data gone South.

I've just recently noticed that the HTML information that's done
during saves is no longer generated for a large portion of the
menus for my Sims neighborhood.

Upon doing a browse with Paintshop, I see that MOST of the
pictures from recent scrapbooks are being saved, but not all.
A large portion of the HTML pages are being updated, but
ones for new families aren't even being created. And worst of
all, the main page (main.html) isn't being updated either, so new
families aren't even being listed.

Has anyone else seen this happening before?

(yes, the checkbox for HTML is checked)
