4Gb of DDR2 800 will do the trick.
Try to locate a set that runs 5-5-5 timings at 1.8v for maximum compatibility.

Do you mean a CL5 ram? How does it compared to a CL4? cheers

Yeah.
CL4 will give you a very minor performance boost but you will have to set the timings and voltage in the BIOS.
With a JEDC standard CL5 1.8v set, you will have to adjust nothing.
