Hello,

I was wondering whats the significance of having 512 more memory because other GTX+ sells at the same price as the one with 1GB. The 1GB one has slower memory clock but why wouldn't people get the 1GB one if its the same price?

I run games on 1650x1050.

Heres the one w/ 1GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125245

Others http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130420

Thanks

^Thats a pretty good deal if you ask me. THE extra ,memory helps out with larger resolution monitors and memory hungry games. These being, GTA4, Far Cry2, and Crysis. Even at your average resolution, these games can pull lots of memory, sometimes more than 512mb some the extra is nice to have.

Also, when you run out of memory, the game will come to a standstill. So its best to have the insurance if it the same price as the rest.
