My system specs

Asus P5E3 Premium/WiFI-AP@n
-Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9770 3.2GHz 12MB Cache 1600MHz FSB
-600GB (2 x 300GB) WD Velociraptor SATA 3.0Gb/s 10,000RPM 2 x 16MB Cache
-2 ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2 graphics gards
-Corsair XMS3 DHX TWIN3X4096-1600C7DHX 4GB DDR3 2X2GB DDR3-1600 CL 7-7-7-20 dual channel memory kit
-Thermaltake 1200W PSU

This is a new build. I'm trying to get my 2 Radeon HD 4870 X2's to work in CrossFire. Problem is When I have the two cards plugged into my motherboard I get nothing! No display at all just a blinking monitor :fou: . Each card works fine on their own in whatever slot I stick them in. Why am I getting nothing when they're both in? What can I do to fix this. The CrossFire cable is connected and all the power connections are made.

try booting with one and install all drivers properly, if not already. Not sure if it will help, but could.
