Motherboard: Asus P6T X58 (LGA1366)
CPU: Core i7 930
Case: HAF 922

1) Is it too large for Asus P6T X58 motherboard (memory, GPU...)?
2) Can it bend it?
3) Is there something better or on par with NH-D14 I should consider? It's quite expensive, but it should do the job for years to come... I'm also planning to overclock...

Here's all the available CPU coolers: http://www.jimmspc.fi/listaa/230169

Thanks.

If you are planning on the Noctua NH-U12P or similar just don't plan on OCing too far, 3 years or so ago they were decent but there are many better coolers out today.

The i7's produce a LOT of heat especially when OCed, so if you have the room something like the NH-D14 or Megahalem or Venomous X would definitely be warranted.
