OKay some people may think this is an easy choice for me buts it nots...

i really just plan on playing warhammer online for the first build i did but the problem is lets say i wanted to get into heavy PC gaming my computer wouldnt be able to handle it. Anyway heres the first build

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=9881726

Pros from second build: Better motherboard for better overclocking.....cpu heatsink for better overclocking
Cons from second build: No 4870...no 750w psu

Second build

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=8866131

Pros from first build: 4870 incase i ever start doing heavy gaming...full tower rig..bigger PSU
Cons from second build: not same overclocking options ass rampage formula(i heard u can flash the p5e bios to rampage but i dont wanna take the chance) NO cpu cooler for OCing

so yea i know that a 4870 wont make a difference probaly from a 4850 in warhammer online but i do know if i do get into heavy gaming it will do more. Also i knw that a overclocked Q6600 would help much more then a none overclocked one.

HELP PLZZZ

also..depending on which one i get i might be upgrading it in the future if i go with the p5e 4870 and 750w i will upgrade the mobo toa rampage formula someday and if i go with the rampage formula i will be upgrading to the 4870.

The first build seems pretty solid to me, the the rampage formula seems a little bit overkill for what you plan to do. With stock cooling, the q6600 should be able to hit 3ghz. A psu is something u don't want to skimp on, not enough wattage can equal system instability, so the 750w will give you room to upgrade in the future. I would go with the first build, and get the xiggy 1283 when u can afford it.

Well first case choices. Why not go with the NZXT Tempest ? Similar in looks to the ones you picked, mid tower, comes with 3 blue LED fans and 3 non LED fans (2 are 140mm) for $90 after rebate with free shipping.

Why not go with a P45 motherboard for about $110 and a single 4850 to start ? They overclock very well and if you decide to get heavy into gaming you can either add another 4850, or sell the one you have in it and get a 4870x2.

ur rite i might go with the first build i was kinda leaning towards the rampage formula just because of the name like when someone asked u ur built u could say i have a rampage formula but i just found out the case i have with the removable motherboard tray will be 40 dollars more (or 30) if i dont order it by the 26th and this isnt my money my parents will be buying it for me for christmas so that would make it cost about 1,275 and my orgianlly budget was 1200(parents said) on the 2nd built i went like 20 dollars ovewr cuz that wouldnt make a big deal but 75 over is to much so i might have to get rid of the full tower case or fan controller. if i go with that build...

That makes sense to me, the fan speed controller is really not necessary anyways, just let asus q fan program that comes with the mobo do that.
