I'm making a custom notebook. What's faster DDR2 667 W/ 4-4-4 timings or DDR2 800 W/ 5-5-5 timings?

Honestly, there's not that much of a difference. Go with whichever is cheaper.

if your graphic card doesnt have dedicated memory,you should take the 800

i dont have the link but i think it was like 3-5 % on game... but on desktop you wont see the difference so if the price is not a big gap take the 800
