Memory Issue

Greetings--I just upgraded to Vista Premium 64-bit. I can only see 2g of mem--I had an issue w/using RAM on one channel and then encountered a one beep/2 short beep error (Video RAM). I put a new video card in, and now I can only 2g of ram. Any way to adj. the page filing, etc. to allow the motherboard to see more memory?
