TROUBLE WITH MY PC

Hello,
i have problem with my pc for 5 month ,

my pc will auto on after i shutdown. i check my on button its ok. even i pull out the switch on cable the pc still auto on.the reason is after i overclock and i set the pc to default setting.

I think they are assuming your PC powers on even when you unplug it from the power source. I'm sure you don't mean that.

not like that what i means is when i shut down, the PC on it self without im press the button.....and i must press again to make sure it off.

no my pc dont have ghost inside, my be some one can tell me if some hardware problems.

and the another thing is my psu must power on from the plug, when i turn off the plug and after 10 minuets when i turn on the pc the light star to blinking. and i must wait for 15 or 20 minuets to make the blinking gone.
