A8n32sli-deluxe bios problems

I'm having the same trouble as a previous person about having to reset the bios. i don't have a floppy disk drive available but i do have the mb driver cd. i've used it repeatedly and tried to upload that bios off the cd and it says...

Start Erasing...\
Start Programming...\ (the \ spins sometimes as if it's doing something)

Please turn off your system and power on again to get system boot.

after that it does nothing. i reboot and it keeps doing that phase over and over. i'm at a lose and i think i'm just going to give up. I've had the same board blow on me, which i replaced about a year ago with this one. if i can't fix this problem i'm going to part it out and get a new laptop. if someone could please help me or find some way for it to actually load the dang bios and work, it would be much appreciated.
