I am considering buying Sims 2 after a hiatus away from the original game.
My system is OK apart from the video card - Athlon 64bit 3GHz, 512Mb RAM,
but only a GeForce 2 MX 64Mb and a TFT screen with a max res of 1024x768.
From reading the S2 website the GF2 is the lowest nVidia card the game
supports, but i would at least like to know if I can run the game reasonably
(presumably with detail settings lowered) and not expect a chug-a-thon...
Any help or info greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Shaun.

I have a GeForce 3 and a much much much slower computer (Duron 1 GHz)
and it runs well enough. Most of the delays are not the graphics, but
the loading time, which should be much less for you.
